This blog is dedicated to my personal goals in health/fitness, both physical and mental! I love running, lifting, and integrating exercise into my everyday life (mainly by walking my dogs, heh). I have struggled with food in the past and have worked hard to change my mindset and make positive changes in my life.

CURRENT GOALS:
-Build base fitness level
-Build muscles, get ripped
-Reduce body fat% (not a priority right now)
-Increase weekly running mileage without injuring myself
-Train for a Tough Mudder
